BROTHERS’ NEST

Two brothers, one plan: in their childhood home, they prepare meticulously for the moment that will alter their lives forever, hopefully changing everything for the good. But between brutally controlled planning and fraternal skirmishes, grows the awareness that the imminent act of violence might possibly not only mean liberation but also damnation. What starts out as a Coenesque comedy, develops into a dark, disturbing tragedy: BROTHERS’ NEST goes to show that contemporary Australian genre cinema is very much alive and kicking.
