THE RANGER

A group of punks holes up in a cottage in a forest on the run from the police. That turns out to be a bad idea because the woods are patrolled by a psychopathic park-ranger who cannot stand it when his rules for proper conduct are not followed. It is not surprising that it doesn’t take long for him to lose his temper. The bustling producer Jenn Wexler takes a seat in the director’s chair for this mangy horror thriller fueled by a phenomenal Punk soundtrack. On the one hand THE RANGER is a throwback to late 70s/early 80s slashers, on the other an entirely new take on it. This will be loud!
